Pecheux Bullies Alavez

Level 31 : Blinds 100,000/200,000, 200,000 ante
Erwann Pecheux
Erwann Pecheux

Erwann Pecheux limped from the small blind and Briant Alavez raised to 600,000. Pecheux re-raised to 1,300,000 and Pecheux called.

A 1068 flop was dealt and Pecheux checkd. Alavez bet 1,200,000 and Pecheux moved all in to cover Alavez's remaining ~5,600,000 stack. Alavez didn't take the risk and mucked his hand, taking a significant tumble to Pecheux.

He claimed some back after opening on the button and seeing no callers, but he lost some again in the next hand after he opened to 400,000 from under the gun. He saw Pecheux three-bet to 1,400,000 from the big blind and Alavez mucked.

In the final hand before the break, Pecheux raised to 700,000 from the small blind and Alavez called from the big blind. A K109 flop was checked to the 2 turn and again to see the 9 river. Peteux bet 600,000, Alavez tank-called but mucked after seeing Petux table 97 for trip nines.
