Yockey Sends Ahmed Deep Into the Tank With River Shove

Owais Ahmed raised to 50,000 on the button and Bryce Yockey called in the big blind.

Both players checked the J♣4♦4♠ flop. Ahmed then bet 50,000 on the 8♦ turn, and Yockey raised to 200,000. Ahmed called.

The river was the 10♥ and Yockey moved all in. Ahmed had around 550,000 remaining and tanked for several minutes, taking a few sips from his tea before tossing his cards into the muck.

"Can't show that one. I'll tell you later," Yockey told him.

Lawrence Brandt raised his small blind to 60,000. Owais Ahmed was in the big blind and called to the J♥2♥4♠ flop. Brandt continued for 50,000, which Ahmed called.

Brandt slowed down and checked the 9♦ turn. Ahmed then piled in a bet of 150,000, to which Brandt folded after much thought.

On the next deal, Ahmed limped in from the small blind, and Tomasz Gluszko checked his option in the big blind. Ahmed check-called a bet of 20,000 from Gluszko on the 7♦6♦7♠ flop before both players checked the 3♦ turn.

Ahmed pushed in 150,000 on the 10♦ river, and Gluszko quickly folded his hand in response.

The next hand, Bryce Yockey raised to 45,000 on the button and Brandt called in the big blind.

Yockey continued for 35,000 on the A♦K♠10♦ flop, and Brandt called. Both players checked down the 6♠ turn and 3♠ river.

"Six," Brandt announced, but Yockey turned over K♠5♣ for a pair of kings to win the pot.

Miller also bet the 10♣ turn and 5♠ river, with Gluszko check-calling to showdown. Miller revealed A♣J♠10♠6♥ for top boat.

Gluszko flashed J♣5♦ before he mucked is cards, stating, "I should raise, I know."

The river was the 9♠ and Schwartz bet 55,000. Ausmus again called, and Schwartz showed A♣6♣5♠4♥ for a flopped full house to win the pot. Ausmus then said he had ace-queen.

Schwartz and Schulman then both needed one card on the final draw, after which Schwartz check-folded to a final bet from Schulman.

The pot was shipped to Yockey, who told Gluszko they were flipping as he had flopped a combo draw.
