Ryan Miller completed with the A♦, Jake Schwartz raised with the 4♦, and Miller reraised. Schwartz called all in.
Miller finished with 6♦3♦6♠A♣8♠K♥ for two pair. Schwartz had 7♣4♠5♦2♥7♥ showing going to seventh. "It's three-across. I'm safe," he said as he turned over the 8♥ to make a low and chop the pot.
"You're lucky it wasn't a three-across diamond," he said to Miller.
"As long as I've been playing in this room, my Stud hands have ended by sixth street. I never play to seventh. That's why, when I won the $10K Stud 8, it took four days," Miller said.
"Didn't you make a wheel on seventh earlier?" Chad Eveslage reminded him.
The next hand, Miller and Schwartz tangled in another pot.
Ryan Miller: XxXx/K♠J♣9♥K♥
Jake Schwartz: XxXx/6♣8♦J♥Q♣
Miller bet on fourth street and Schwartz called. Miller bet again on fifth and sixth. Schwartz called on fifth, then committed his last chips on sixth.
Miller showed Q♥10♠4♣ for a straight, while Schwartz had 7♥5♠ showing and hit the 2♣ on seventh to make his low and chop another pot.
