Smith showed 103 for two pair and flush draw, while Ausmus had J9 for jacks and deuces. The river 8 was no help to Smith, and Ausmus' hand held up to earn him the knockout.

Under the gun, Carol Fuchs had gone all in predraw, and was called by Dario Sammartino in the cutoff, Matt Glantz in the small blind, and Brad Owen in the big blind.

The quartet then each took two cards, after which it was checked. On the second draw, Glantz drew one card while the rest still needed two. Glantz bet, seeing both Owen and Sammartino call.

Glantz remained pat on the final draw, Owen and Sammartino still drew two cards, while Fuchs had improved to a one-draw. Glantz knuckled the table for a check, and Owen checked behind after some tanking. Sammartino also checked, and a showdown was requested.

Glantz tabled 87642 for an eight-low, and Owen showed Q8432 for an eight-badugi. Fuchs was drawing live for both ends with 8653, needing the four of spades to scoop.

She peeled a two-sided card, but it was the 5 instead, eliminating her from the tournament.

Eveslage then bet and Hansen called. Eveslage continued betting on each street, and Hansen called him down.

"Rolled up, ten-low," Eveslage said as he showed 644. Hansen and Fishman mucked as Eveslage scooped the pot, leaving Hansen on an extreme short stack while Fishman was sent to the rail.

Koji Fujimoto completed, Brian Tate raised, and Fujimoto called. Fujimoto check-called a bet from Tate on fourth street before fifth street went check, check.

Tate paired his door card on sixth street and led out with a bet, seeing Fujimoto call. Seventh street was quickly checked to showdown, where Fujimoto sheepishly showed sevens and fours.

Tate did not have another pair to accompany his tens, and he mucked his cards to admit defeat.

Yockey had around 85,000 remaining and went deep into the tank, taking several minutes before another tablemate called the clock. He eventually folded, and Schwartz showed him QQ as he took the pot.
