Craig Chait raised in middle position, and only Mark Rubbathan called in the big blind.
Rubbathan check-called a bet on the 6♥4♠9♠ flop, but when the 9♦ turn joined the board, after lengthy deliberation, Rubbathan opted to check-fold when Chait put another bet in.

Christopher Vitch raised from under the gun, which received a call from a player in middle position and Peter Dirksen in the big blind.
The action checked through on the 9♥9♦K♦ flop, prompting Dirksen to lead out on the 2♣ turn. Vitch called, but the third player folded.
Dirksen bet again on the 8♠ river, and Vitch raised. Dirksen responded with a three-bet, and Vitch immediately pitched his cards back to the dealer.

Anthony Miziko raised from early position and was called by Jon Turner on the button and Eric Osborn in the big blind.
