Phil Ivey raised from the cutoff to 240,000 with A♦K♦, and Adrian Mateos defended his big blind holding 5♥2♥.

Mateos checked the 6♦2♦2♠ flop, and Ivey continued for 150,000. Mateos then raised to 525,000 with his trip deuces, and Ivey slid in the call.

Mateos checked again on the 7♠ turn and Ivey checked it back. Mateos bet 4,000,000 on the 6♣ river, more than Ivey's remaining stack.

After taking some time, Ivey let his hand go and Mateos picked up the pot.
