Mersiovsky's Story Ends

Level 18 : Blinds 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante

Gary Bolden limped under the gun, seeing Katherine Mersiovsky make it 40,000 to go on the button, about half her remaining stack. Bruno Furth then called in the big blind, and Bolden quickly followed suit.

The trio checked through the JKK flop as well as the 7 turn. Bolden then bet 80,000 on the 4 river, receiving two quick folds for his efforts.

On the next deal, Mersiovsky limped in from the cutoff and was put all in by Frank Brannan on the button. She gave her cards one last look before calling off her last chips.

Katherine Mersiovsky: 104432 All in
Frank Brannan: AK662

The table was rooting for a four, but the AQ7K9 runout favored Brannan.

Mersiovsky, who shared with PokerNews that she was down to less than a big blind early on Day 2 but still made it to the money, said her goodbyes and headed to the payout desk.
