Todd German Eliminated in 7th Place ($114,000)
Level 36
: Blinds 300,000/600,000, 600,000 ante
Todd German limped in the small blind and Homan Mohammadi raised to 1,600,000 in the big blind. German made the call.
The flop came 9♣Q♠A♥ and German check-called a bet of 1,500,000 from Mohammadi. On the 5♦ turn, German checked again and Mohammadi moved all in, putting German at risk, who had about 4,000,000 behind. German thought for a brief moment and made the call.
Todd German: 10♦9♦
Homan Mohammadi: Q♦5♣
Only a nine on the river would save German, but the 3♠ offered no such luck.
