Benyamine Pressures Short Stack
Level 15
: Blinds 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante
Lou Garza raised to 42,000 from the cutoff, and David Benyamine called in the big blind.
Benyamine didn't stand on ceremony on the 7♥9♣6♠ flop, leading out for 30,000. Garza, with just 152,000 behind, considered his options with the tournament so close to the bubble, ultimately choosing to fold.
