Vitch's queen was behind Sammartino until the river where he peeled a Jx to make a better jack-ten than Sammartino. Sammartino sweated his final card, only to peel a 10x to pair up and Vitch took the WSOP bracelet winner out of the tournament.

"Well guys," Sammartino said getting out of his chair in a jokingly manner, "It was not a pleasure." The whole table had a laughed with Sammartino as he exited the field.
