Negreanu Doubles to Leave Koon on Fumes

Level 6 : Blinds 1,500/3,000, 3,000 ante

"Six-way raise pre," Gruffudd Pugh-Jones said as the flop came QK9. Jason Koon then bet 20,000 from the hijack and Amir Mirrasouli called in the cutoff, while Daniel Negreanu also called on the button. The rest of the table got out of the way.

Koon bet another 80,000 on the 8 turn, and only Negreanu called this time. Koon then bet 175,000 on the A river, and Negreanu moved all in.

Koon instantly tossed KJJ into the muck and said he folded, but a count showed Negreanu didn't have enough to cover his bet. Negreanu ended up turning over J1097 for the nut straight to win the pot and double up, leaving Koon with just 10,000.

Level 6 : Blinds 1,500/3,000, 3,000 ante

Jeremy Ausmus opened to 8,500 from under the gun. Arthur Morris to his left called, and Artur Martirosian defended from the big blind.

The 1094 flop was checked by all three players, but Ausmus eventually bet 10,000 on the 10 turn. Martirosian was the only one to call.

The Q river was checked by both players so Martirosian revealed JJ72 for two pair. Ausmus had AAJ7 and won the pot.

Level 5 : Blinds 1,000/2,500, 2,500 ante

Richard Gryko and Firas Kashat went to a flop of A22 when Gryko bet 25,000 from the cutoff. Kashat called under the gun.

The turn was the Q and Gryko bet 48,000. Kashat again called, and the K fell on the river. Gryko then potted to 334,000, enough to put Kashat all in.

Kashat only took a few seconds before folding. "If the king doesn't come, I probably call," he said to Gryko.

Santhosh Suvarna quickly busted his first bullet but has already entered. Jared Bleznick, Brian Battistone, and David Wang have also joined the field.

Nagy Never Loses With Barakat Aaround

Level 5 : Blinds 1,000/2,500, 2,500 ante

Gergo Nagy bet 6,000 from the button on a flop of 9102 and David Benyamine raised to 21,000 in the big blind. Yang Wang called in the hijack, as did Nagy.

Benyamine bet another 20,000 on the 10 turn, and only Nagy called this time. The river was the 4 and Benyamine checked to Nagy, who bet 55,000. Benyamine tanked for a few minutes, but he eventually called.

Nagy turned over JJ104 for a full house, and Benyamine mucked J922.

"I've never seen you lose. You should pay extra to have me at your table. You lose everywhere else," Youness Barakat said to Nagy after the hand.
