Both missed on the 3♦9♠6♦ flop, and again the Q♠ turn didn't change much. Tamayo stole the pot on the J♠ river and knocked down Fischer to just 55,000. Fisher had to pay the small blind in the next hand and mucked to an open from under the gun.
He folded the next few hands and sat patient with just 35,000.
