Joseph Alderson raised to 300,000 from the cutoff, which both Jamie Gold and Christian Wong called in the small and big blind.

The action checked through on the JK7 flop, but when Gold and Wong checked again on the A turn, Alderson put a delayed continuation bet of 400,000 into the middle. That was all it took to claim the pot, as both Gold and Wong quickly released their cards back to the dealer.

In the final hand dealt of the previous blind level, Sho Shiratori raised to 200,000 in early position. Sandrine Phan put in a three-bet to 525,000 from the hijack, and the action folded back to Shiratori. Shiratori opted to four-bet jam for 1,960,000, and Phan called straight away.
