The action was joined as Kaidi Yan moved all in for 2,515,000 from the big blind over a middle position raise from Keegan Westover, who called the all-in.
Kaidi Yan: K♠Q♣
Keegan Westover: 5♥5♣
Yan took a commanding lead on the K♦9♥K♥ flop, and stayed out ahead when the 8♥ turn and 4♣ river completed the board.
Heads up to the 8♠3♦Q♣ flop with over 1,000,000 in the pot, Paulina Loeliger led out for 235,000 from the small blind and was called by Lexy Gavin-Mather in the big blind.
The 6♠ peeled off on the turn and Loeliger fired a second bullet of 235,000. Gavin-Mather went into the tank for a while and put in a raise to 835,000. Loeliger didn't take long and put in a re-raise to 1,500,000, which was met with an instant fold from Gavin-Mather to send the huge pot to Loeliger.

The action was joined as Michael Helander had manoeuvred his 4,900,000 stack into the middle from the cutoff, and was at risk versus Sachino Yoshii in the big blind.
Michael Helander: A♣K♦
Sachino Yoshii: A♠A♦
The preflop cooler had Helander fighting for his tournament life, but when the dealer rolled out a 5♣10♠5♥4♦2♣ board, his tournament was over, and his stack was sent across the table to Yoshii.
Akash Hotwani raised to 500,000 from early position, Robert Brobyn went all in for 2,800,000, and Paulina Loeliger in middle position went all in for 4,800,000. Action folded back to Hotwani, who went deep into the tank before he made the fold.
Robert Brobyn: A♥K♠
Paulina Loeliger: 9♥9♦
Great start for Brobyn as the flop came 10♥6♣K♦, and he improved his hand to two-pair as the board ran out 6♦ on the turn and the A♠ on the river.
Ryan Stiner raised to 600,000 from the hijack, and called when Sandy Sanchez moved all in for 1,925,000 from the cutoff.
Sandy Sanchez: Q♥Q♦
Ryan Stiner: J♥J♣
Sanchez found a safe runout on the 9♥10♥6♠10♦6♥ board, seeing him scoop in a full double up.
Joseph Rusinko made it 400,000 to play from early position and action folded around to Takashi Shimada in late position, who three-bet all in for 2,580,000. Rusinko thought for a while and made the call to put Shimada at risk.
Takashi Shimada: A♥K♠
Joseph Rusinko: K♣Q♣
Shimada was streaks ahead and looking good for the double up. The poker gods had different ideas though when they served up the flop of A♣6♣7♣ and gave Rusinko the nut flush. Shimada could still hang on with runner runner, but when the 2♥ peeled off on the turn he was drawing dead. The 5♦ came on the river to seal the deal and Shimada was sent to the rail.
