Taherpour Has The Overpair; Kenney Doubles Again

Level 13
Bryn Kenney
Bryn Kenney

No-Limit Hold’em

Four ways to the 322 flop, the action checked to Dara Taherpour and he bet 55,000. Only Luke Schwartz on the button called and Taherpour then check-called the 7 turn for 70,000. After checking the 5 river, Taherpour faced a brief tank by Schwartz who then murmured "overpair" but it wasn't exactly clear what he meant.

The following minor confusion saw Schwartz check behind and Taherpour indeed had an overpair with the KK.

One hand later, Chris Hunichen raised to 25,000 and called the shove by Bryn Kenney for 88,000 in the next seat.

Bryn Kenney: AK All in
Chris Hunichen: A4

Both paired their kicker on the K9410J runout and Kenney survived once more.
