Benson Flips Out Harrell

Level 25 : Blinds 25,000/50,000, 50,000 ante

Marie Harrell moved all in for 555,000 from middle position and Jack Benson made the call from the hijack to put her at risk.

Marie Harrell: 44 All in
Jack Benson: AK

Harrell needed her sailboats to hold, but that looked unlikely after Benson paired his king on the 8K10 flop.

The remainder of the board came 10Q, and all of Harrell's chips were pushed over to Benson.

Mark Rubin

Mark Rubin raised to 130,000 on the button and Istvan Toro three-bet to 450,000 in the big blind. Rubin then four-bet to 900,000, leaving just 70,000 behind, and Toro made the call.

The flop came 6J5, Toro asked for the rest of it, and Rubin called to put himself at risk.

Mark Rubin: 1010 All in
Istvan Toro: AQ

Rubin was out in front, but Toro pulled ahead on the A turn, pairing his ace. The 8 river offered no help to Rubin, and he was sent packing.

Allen Kessler
Allen Kessler

Poker fans were treated to many exciting hands at the World Series of Poker (WSOP) the past week.

But there's always a player involved in one of these juicy hands who doesn't find it as interesting as the rest of us. Take Allen Kessler, for example, who took a cruel Razz bad beat to bust from the $3,000 Nine Game Mix event, a hand you'll read about in just a bit.

"The Chainsaw" isn't the only recipient of a bad beat or on the wrong end of a brutal cooler the past week at the WSOP.
