Apartoglou With Heaps; Amamou Eliminated
Level 26
: Blinds 30,000/60,000, 60,000 ante
With the cards already on their backs at showdown, the board was reading Ax7xXxKx4x, with Spyridon Apartoglou's K♥K♣ having the K♠7♠ of Rachid Amamou crushed. All of Amamou's chips went in along the way, making him the 32nd-place finisher.
At another table, bracelet winner Blaz Zerjav was seen making his way to the rail. Already short-stacked, he lost with 9♦8♦ against Omar Del Pino's J♦J♠, with the latter holding up during a clean rundown.
