Pupillo Bets Then Makes It

Level 14 : 5,000/10,000, 10,000 ante

No-Limit Hold'em

Sam Soverel opened to 22,000 from the cutoff. John Riordan called from the button, and Nick Pupillo defended his big blind.

Action checked through on the 2210 flop, before Pupillo led out for 33,000 on the 3 turn. Both opponents called, and all three checked again on the A river. Pupillo tabled AJ and took down the pot.

Vogelsang Piles on the Pressure

Level 14 : 5,000/10,000, 10,000 ante

No-Limit Hold'em

The action was joined with 150,000 already in the pot, and Sean Perry checked from the big blind on a 337Q board. Tom Vogelsang bet 75,000 in middle position, and Perry called.

The river brought the J, and Perry checked once again, this time, though, Vogelsang went for it all, sliding in a tower of chips, covering Perry's remaining 160,000.

With little hesitation, Perry folded.

A Round of Counts

Level 14 : 5,000/10,000, 10,000 ante

Foxen Falls To Smith

Level 14 : 5,000/10,000, 10,000 ante

No-Limit Hold'em

David Wang raised to 20,000 from the hijack and Dylan Smith called on the button. In the small blind, Kristen Foxen moved all in for 110,000 and only Smith called.

Kristen Foxen: AK All in
Dylan Smith: 66

Foxen improved on the flop of KQ9, but the turn 6 left Foxen drawing dead as Smith made a set of sixes. The river 2 was a mere formality as the six-time WSOP bracelet winner wished her table luck as she took her leave.

Rheem All In Blind

Level 14 : 5,000/10,000, 10,000 ante

Pot-Limit Omaha

Action was picked up on a flop of 6105 with small blind Chino Rheem all in without having looked at his cards. There was a side pot contested between big blind Nick Pupillo and cutoff Eugene Golubchik.

Action checked through, and the same happened on the Q turn. Pupillo checked for a third time on the 5 river, and called a bet of 15,000 from Golubchik. He then mucked as Golubchik showed AA52 for trips.

Rheem peeled one card at a time, but the JJ63 that he revealed was no good, as he exited the tournament.

Halfa Wins On The Turn

Level 13 : 4,000/8,000, 8,000 ante

No-Limit Hold'em

Action was picked up in a three-way pot between Shalev Halfa in the small blind, Ioannis Angelou Konstas in the big blind, and Krasimir Yankov in early position.

The flop rolled out Q93, and action checked around to Yankov, who bet 22,000, and he received two calls.

On the turn Q, Halfa checked to Konstas, who bet 26,000, and Yankov called. Halfa raised to 105,000 to earn an instant fold from Konstas and a fold from Yankov after a little more thought.

No Longer in the Field

Level 13 : 4,000/8,000, 8,000 ante

Kupin Latest to Fall

Level 13 : 4,000/8,000, 8,000 ante

No-Limit Hold'em

When the action folded to Aaron Kupin in the small blind, he moved all in for 52,000. Matthew Wantman snap-called in the big blind.

Aaron Kupin: 109 All in
Matthew Wantman: 55

Kupin picked up plenty of extra outs on the QJJ flop, but the 7 turn and A river were no help, seeing his stack move one seat to the left.
