Ding Doubles Through Grech

Level 7 : Blinds 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante

Pot-Limit Omaha

Zachary Grech potted to 7,000 in early position and Biao Ding flatted on his left. In the cutoff, Danny Tang repotted to 31,000, and both opponents called.

On the 854 flop, it checked to Tang who also checked with less than pot behind.

Grech then led for pot of 98,000 on the 10 turn, effectively 87,000 as neither opponent had more. Ding quickly slid his 87,000 stack into the middle, and Tang got out of the way.

Both players had jack-ten-nine for the turned top pair and open-ender. However, Ding also paired his four on the flop, and he just had to avoid a seven to stay alive. The river was the 3 and Ding secured the double.
