2026 World Series of Poker
Shyan O'Shaughnessy and Michelle Dimaunahan were caught engaged in an all-in showdown.
Shyan O'Shaughnessy: K♣10♠
Michelle Dimaunahan: 7♥7♦
O'Shaughnessy needed her overcards to hit, but the flop came 5♦9♣2♥. There was no help for her when the dealer completed the board with a Q♦ turn and a 3♦ river. She left the table as Dimaunahan scooped the pot and said, "I said I needed to get chips, and here I have it."
Level: 22
Blinds: 10,000/25,000
Ante: 25,000
Small blind Cherish Andrews and big blind Lisa Teebagy had already built a pot of 400,000 beside a flop of 4♥10♦A♠.
On the J♥ turn, Andrews checked the action to Teebagy, who fired 230,000. Andrews went to the tank but ultimately made the call.
Both players checked the 3♥ river. Andrews was about to turn over her cards when Teebagy beat her to it and showed A♣Q♠ for top pair.
Andrews mucked her hand and started counting the chips she had left.
Manda Moore opened to 40,000 from under the gun, and Svetlana Gromenkova, who was seated to Moore's direct left, made the call. Devotion Brown three-bet all in for 220,000 from the cutoff, and action went to Katherine Sampogna, who rejammed from the small blind, and both the remaining players behind folded.
Devotion Brown: A♦K♥
Katherine Sampogna: 6♦6♠
Brown was at risk and hit the rail after seeing no improvement on the 10♣2♦5♥4♥6♣ runout, exiting in 41st place.
Shannon Fahey opened to 40,000 from early position and Manda Moore three-bet to 90,000. Katherene Lundgren called on the button and action went three-ways to the flop.
The Q♥2♣J♣ flop prompted action to check to Lundgren who moved all in for her remaining 340,000, which saw both players make quick folds.
Action was picked up with Summer Jarreau and Shannon Fahey with their cards and chips in the middle of the table.
Summer Jarreau: 6♥6♦
Shannon Fahey: Q♣J♥
Jarreau needed to fade three streets to stay in the game, but the flop dropping 2♠8♦Q♦ immediately dashed her hopes. The 5♦ fell with no consequence. Jarreau got on her feet, bid the ladies good luck, and left the table as the river K♣ completed the board.
Skye Chen opened to 40,000 from middle position, and Kimura Nao called from the cutoff. Caitlin Comeskey three-bet to 120,000 on the button, and action went to Marie Benedetto in the big blind.
Before Benedetto had a chance to act, Chen moved in chips to call, not seeing that Benedetto still had yet to act. Benedetto opted to defend her big blind, and Chen put her chips back in the pot and Nao folded, taking the players three-ways to the flop.
The Q♣2♦5♠ flop saw Benedetto check first, and the rest of the action followed suit around to Comeskey, who moved all in for her remaining 265,000. Comeskey saw no callers as action folded slowly around the table, and she picked up a healthy pot without having to get to showdown.
Svetlana Gromenkova opened the button for 45,000, and Tamarah Heimer in the small blind shoved all in for 165,000. When action got back to her, Gromenkova called, taking them to showdown.
Tamarah Heimer: A♦K♦
Svetlana Gromenkova: K♣9♥
Heimer was looking at a potential double-up when the flop came J♣7♥J♦. Her double-up was secured when the dealer peeled a 2♣ turn and a 6♦ river.
Honglian Ye was in the big blind and already in a pot with Shyan O'Shaughnessy, who was sitting under the gun. The 7♣A♣8♣ flop was already showing, and the pot stood at around 110,000.
O'Shaughnessy checked, and Ye opted to move all in for her remaining 320,000. Ye went into the tank, but after a few minutes, opted to throw her hand into the muck.
