Jean Lhuillier raised to 160,000 from under the gun and Dominykas Mikolaitis flatted on the button. Paulius Vaitiekunas then three-bet shoved in the big blind for 2,275,000 to put himself at risk, and only Lhuillier called.
Paulius Vaitiekunas: 9♠9♣
Jean Lhuillier: 10♠10♥
There were no nines to be found on the A♦J♣K♥7♥5♠ runout, and Vaitiekunas was sent packing.
Action folded around to Dominykas Mikolaitis in the small blind, who limped. Patros Behnam was in the big blind and checked his option. The flop was J♦3♠4♠, and Mikolaitis bet 80,000, receiving a call from Behnam.
On the turn 7♦, Mikolaitis checked, Behnam bet 300,000, and Mikolaitis raised to 900,000. Behnam thought for a moment and folded.
Mikolaitis held J♠J♥ for a set of jacks, and Behnam held K♠6♦.
Axel Bayout raised to 160,000 from under the gun and Oliver Weis called on the button. Joshua Boulton squeezed to 840,000 from the small blind, and Bayout ripped it in for 1,850,000. Weis folded, but Boulton called.
Axel Bayout: K♣K♦
Joshua Boulton: 7♥7♠
Bayout had found the perfect spot to double up just before dinner.
His pocket kings held on the 8♦3♦2♥6♦2♠ runout, and he doubled to more than three million chips.
Erik Eisen jammed for 505,000 on the button, and Jeremy Dan called for his stack of 420,000 from the small blind. Xiaoyao Ma went into the tank, during which Dan began blasting the theme tune to a highly popular sitcom at full volume. After a lengthy decision, Ma was eventually persuaded to come along as well, and the players tabled their cards.
Erik Eisen: A♠5♥
Jeremy Dan: A♦7♥
Xiaoyao Ma: 8♠7♠
Dan was already calling for a payout despite holding the best hand, with both opponents dominated.
The 2♣A♥6♠ flop kept Dan ahead while leaving Ma needing running cards to score the double knockout.
The 3♦ turn left Ma drawing dead, but Eisen picked up a straight draw.
The 4♦ on the river completed Eisen's wheel in brutal fashion. Eisen virtually tripled up, while Dan was left staring at the board in disbelief before making his way to the payout desk in 19th place.
Joshua Boulton raised to 160,000 from the hijack. Ori Elul three-bet to 350,000 from the cutoff. Boulton took his time, asked for an estimate of Elul's chips, then made the call.
The flop hit K♠K♥4♥, bringing a bet of 100,000 from Elul and a call from Boulton.
On the 5♥ turn, Elul fired again, this time 250,000 in chips. Boulton again deliberately considered his options. This time he folded.
Xiaoyao Ma raised to 160,000 in the cutoff holding K♣Q♣ and Daniel Rezaei called in the small blind with K♦9♦.
The flop came K♠8♥7♦ and both players checked to the 4♦ turn. Rezaei led out for 325,000 and Ma called, bringing the Q♦ river, which gave Ma top two pair and Rezaei a flush.
Rezaei thought for a moment before sizing down with a bet of 265,000 and Ma made the call.
Bruno Lopes raised to 160,000 from under the gun and Patros Behnam three-bet to 640,000 in the small blind. Lopes then four-bet jammed for 2,625,000 total and Behnam called with the covering stack.
Bruno Lopes: Q♠Q♣
Patros Behnam: A♦K♦
Behnam pulled ahead on the 3♠K♠4♣ flop, pairing his king. The 10♦ turn and 6♥ river offered no help to Lopes, and he was sent to the rail.
