Klemens Roiter opened to 42,000 from under the gun and Santhosh Suvarna moved all in from middle position for his last 21,000. Ian Matakis called from the cutoff and the players went three-ways to the 8♠6♣A♥ flop.

Roiter made a 30,000 flop bet which was enough to get Matakis to fold, and Suvarna could see his fate as the cards were flipped.

With both players holding an ace and king, both were looking to hit a runner-runner flush to take the pot.

The 4♠ turn saw Suvarna get a step closer, but he missed the steal on the 2♥ river, and he was left to chop the pot.

Nino Pansier then potted to 42,000 and called a repot to 144,000 by Klemens Roiter in the next seat.

Pansier jammed the K♣10♣4♥ flop and Roiter called all in.

Schulman was behind when the cards were flipped and the K♣10♥9♥ flop saw Parssinen hit two pair, but all was not lost for Schulman as he had picked up the heart flush draw.

A 5♣ turn didn't change the standings, but the 6♥ river brought it in for Schulman, and he held his place in the tournament

Eelis Parssinen opened to 35,000 from middle position and Jason Koon called from the hijack. Gruffudd Pugh-Jones also defended his big blind and the three players were taken to the 9♦5♣K♣ flop.

Pugh-Jones and Parssinen checked, Koon bet 30,000 and Pugh-Jones made it 185,000. Parssinen quickly mucked and Koon moved in a stack to cover Pugh-Jones's remaining stack of around 165,000. Pugh-Jones snap called and the pair flipped their hands.

Koon was ahead, having flopped the set of kings, but Pugh-Jones was sitting with two pair and and the club flush draw.

Ding double-checked his cards and opted to fold.
