Schulman Gets the Better of Casella Twice

Michael Casella raised from the cutoff and Nick Schulman defended the big blind.

Both drew one and Schulman check-raised a bet from Casella who called.

Schulman stood pat and bet while Casella drew one and called.

Casella tried once more before he tank-folded to a final bet from Schulman.

"Took discipline to not show there," joked Scott Seiver, "So sick," as Schulman gave nothing away.

The next hand, Schulman limped the small blind and Casella checked his option in the big blind.

Schulman drew two and bet while Casella three and called.

On the second draw, Schulman took one and Casella two as he called another bet.

Schulman now stood pat and Casella needed another card. Schulman bet a final time and Casella put in the call. He got shown the bad news as Schulman tabled 6♣5♠2♥A♦ for the winner.
