Bolden Draws Two and Makes a Wheel

Level 18

2-7 Triple Draw

Gary Bolden raised from the cutoff, Timothy Frazin three-bet from the button, and Bolden called.

Both drew two as Bolden checked to Frazin who bet. Bolden was holding calling chips in his hand, but after a long look at his cards he tossed out a raise, and Frazin called.

On the second draw, Bolden stood pat while Frazin needed one and called another bet.

Frazin still drew one on the end as Bolden fired a final bet, which Frazin quickly called. Bolden rolled over 7x5x4x3x2x for the wheel, awarding him the pot.

"Drawing dead and got there," Frazin lamented and Bolden stacked more chips.

Wattel Scoops With "Just The Low"

Level 18

Omaha Hi-Lo

Action was picked up on the turn in a pot between Mike Wattel in first position and Bryce Yockey on the button with one and a half big bets in front of each of them.

The board read 7664 and Wattel bet to see Yockey think for a bit and call.

Wattel bet the river 5 and Yockey called once more.

"Just the low," said Wattel.

"Oh that's not good," replied Yockey. "What's your high?"

At showdown, Wattel tabled AKJ2 for ace-king high and the nut low. Yockey shook his head and tossed his cards away, ceding the pot to Wattel.

Why Will Givens Has Been Absent with a Big Stack Deep in WSOP Main Event

Level 18
Will Givens
Will Givens

Will Givens bagged a big stack on Day 5 in the WSOP Main Event, but he was mysteriously absent when play resumed Saturday morning.

It was a bit strange to see an empty chair this deep in the biggest tournament in the world, where the remaining players were playing for potentially millions of dollars. But Givens, a Will Kassouf of sorts at the poker table, had something better to do than arrive on time, he told PokerNews. Apparently, he can't crush it on the felt without the proper nutrition. More specifically, avocado toast.

Limit Flop: 6,000-12,000 Blinds, 12,000-24,000 Limits

Kessler Finds a Double

Level 17

Omaha Hi-Lo

Brandon Shack-Harris raised from the hijack, Allen Kessler three-bet from the cutoff, and Shack-Harris called.

On the 886 flop, Shack-Harris check-called a bet from Kessler.

Shack-Harris checked again on the 4 turn, Kessler bet all in for his final 19,000, and Shack-Harris reluctantly called after a small tank.

"I pretty much have the nuts," Kessler announced as the hands were tabled.

Allen Kessler: AA93 All in
Brandon Shack-Harris: AKQ7

Kessler had the made second nut low against ace-high and seven low of Shack-Harris. Kessler needed to fade just a three to scoop, which he was able to do on the J river to double.

Bosman Falls To Kamal

Level 17

2-7 Triple Draw

Action was picked up with Hans Bosman all in for his last two bets predraw from the small blind against Navin Kamal in the hijack and Brett Richey on the button.

Bosman drew two, Kamal stood pat, and Richey drew one. Kamal fired out a bet to see Richey call.

On the second draw, Bosman and Richey drew one while Kamal remained pat. The betting action repeated identically.

The third draw saw both Bosman and Richey draw one a third time while Kamal stood pat and Bosman put his backpack on before seeing Kamal bet and Richey fold.

Hans Bosman: 7x6x4x2x Xx All in
Navin Kamal: 8x7x6x5x3x

Kamal's eight was leading against Bosman's seven-draw and it remained ahead as Bosman peeled a 10x to be left with just a ten.

Omar Mehmood: XxXx / A1089 / Xx

It checked to Mehmood on seventh who bet. Lord then check-raised, and Mehmood quickly called. However, he got the bad news as Lord revealed Q107 in the hole for a queen-high flush, and it was good for the scoop as Mehmood mucked.

Schwartz Can Survive No Longer

Level 17

Stud Hi-Lo

After surviving an all-in on the stone bubble, Jake Schwartz got the last of his chips into the middle after Bryce Yockey completed, and Mike Wattel came along from the bring-in.

Jake Schwartz: 55 / 9QA6 / Xx All in
Bryce Yockey: A9 / KK3Q / Xx
Mike Wattel: XxXx / 22 - folded on fourth street

Yockey led on fourth into the dry side with open kings, and Wattel made a painful fold after some deliberation.

Going into seventh, Yockey remained in the lead with kings against the fives of Schwartz. Yockey flipped over the 7 for no improvement. Schwartz peeled his final card baccarat-style, and with a three-across he had a chance to pair his six to make two pair, but it was the 7 and he was eliminated.

"Dinner is on you now for sure," Schwartz joked with Yockey on his way out.

The flop rolled out AQ8 and Kihara called Lonis' bet.

On the turn 10, Lonis bet to see Kihara raise.

Lonis called and check-called a bet again on the 3 river from Kihara.

Laith Sheena: J422 All in
Naoya Kihara: AKJ5
Jesse Lonis: A1074

Kihara and Lonis chopped the side while Sheena and Kihara chopped up Lonis' chips in the main pot.
