On seventh, Pan led for a final time, getting a quick call from Kihara. Pan announced a low, tabling 652 for a six low and ace-king high. However, Kihara had a worse low and worse ace-high, and he could not salvage half the pot as he was left very short.

Heads-up to the river with 160,000 in front of each player, Gary Bolden from the big blind checked to Michael Reed on the button with the board reading KK863.

Reed put out a final bet before Bolden check-raised. Reed hated the spot but flicked in the call. Bolden tabled AK92 for trips with ace kicker, and the nut low. Reed flashed the K as he mucked, leaving himself with about one and a half big bets.

Two hands later, Reed got the rest of his chips in against Brandon Shack-Harris, but his opponent scooped, and Reed was eliminated in 18th.
