Alex Livingston raised to 55,000 on the button, and Peter Cross defended his big blind.
Cross check-called a bet of 50,000 on a 8♦K♥4♠ flop before the 7♥ turn checked through. Cross checked for a third time on the 2♥ river, but this time Livingston fired 175,000 into the middle. Cross examined the board before choosing to let go of his cards.

Seeing a limp ahead of him, Peter Cross raised to 90,000 in the hijack. Sam Soverel then made it 320,000 on the button, which got rid of the limper, but Cross stuck around with a call.
The 9♥6♦6♠ flop saw Cross check, Soverel bet 50,000, and Cross call. Cross checked once again on the 2♣ turn, and Soverel responded with an effective all-in, putting 280,000 into the middle, leaving a single 5,000 chip behind. Cross wanted nothing more to do with the hand, and quickly returned his cards to the dealer.

Action was picked up in a limped pot between Ludovic Geilich in the hijack, Stanwood Yang on the button, and Yu Liu in the big blind.
The flop rolled out 3♦3♠2♦ and Liu bet 30,000 to see two calls.
On the 6♥ turn, Liu sized up to 75,000 and only Geilich called.
Liu bet 340,000 on the 3♥ river and Geilich folded quickly.

Daniel Swartz limped in from the hijack, and once Dante Cianfarra had done the same on the button, the small blind joined in before the big blind checked.
The two players in the blinds checked on a 6♥6♦J♠ flop, and Swartz bet 40,000. Cianfarra called, but the blinds folded.
Swartz slowed down on the 7♦ turn, and check-folded when Cianfarra put a bet of 100,000 into the middle.

Action was picked up on the flop in a pot between Martin Koslov on the button and Piotr Krupa in the big blind.
The flop rolled out J♣10♣6♥ and Krupa check-called a bet of 70,000 from Koslov.
Both players checked the 9♦ turn to the 2♣ river, where Krupa check-folded to a bet of 105,000 from Koslov.

Ronan Hanley raised to 55,000 in the cutoff and faced a three-bet to 195,000 from Jack Moore on the button, which he called.
On a 9♣10♦5♠ flop, Hanley checked, and Moore continued with a pot-sized 440,000 bet. Hanley carved the chips from his stack, but after looking Moore up and down, he elected to keep hold of his chips and let go of his cards.
"I feel like an elephant surrounded by cheetahs", Hanley said to his friends on the rail after folding.

David Mzareulov raised to 55,000 on the button and Robert Mizrachi raised to 225,000 in the big blind.
The flop rolled out K♠9♣3♦, and Mizrachi moved all in for 70,000 effective on the flop to see Mzareulov call to put himself at risk.

Mzarelov flopped kings up and was leading until the 3♠ turn, where Mizrachi made aces up. Nothing changed on the river 2♣ and Mizrachi eliminated Mzarelov from the tournament.
