Rabinowitz was ahead with pocket nines and just had to fade an ace or some diamonds to eliminate the Poker Hall of Famer.

The K♣K♦5♣ flop was no help to Harman, although the A♠ turn catapulted her into the lead with top pair.

The 6♦ river changed nothing, and Harman doubled up.

An orbit later, Harman was seen dragging in another pot after doubling for a second time.

The "Poker Brat," however, will need to run hot on the final day of the series to pull it off. Hellmuth will return to action at 1 p.m. PT for Day 2 of Event #99: $5,000 8-Handed No-Limit Hold'em, along with 71 others.

Hellmuth isn't the only big name still standing, hoping to win the bracelet and the $695,256 first-place prize. Adam Hendrix, Cliff Josephy, Joseph Cheong, and Brian Rast are among a number of notables coming back for the finale.

With 275,000 in the pot, big blind Max Kingstone checked the 2♣10♠9♣ flop to Michael Acevedo, who bet 180,000. Kingstone called, after which both players checked the 8♣ turn.

The 3♣ river was also checked by Kingstone. Acevedo tossed in a bet of 350,000, which Kingstone snap-called. Acevedo tabled Q♠10♣ for a flush, but Kingstone ahd the higher flush with Q♥J♣ to rake in the sizable pot.

With about 250,000 already in the pot on a completed board of 2♣10♠A♣A♠Q♣, Michael Zulker had a bet of 220,000 out in front of him on the button when Artur Martirosian jammed for around 700,000 from the big blind, sending Zulker deep into the tank.

Zulker thought for so long that a tablemate called the clock. With his final 30 seconds ticking away, Zulker eventually found the call.

Martirosian could only show K♠10♥ for a bluff, while Zulker tabled A♥8♠ for trip aces to win the pot, sending Martirosian to the rail.

Walter Fisher opened to 60,000 in early position, and, after a couple of minutes, Noam Muallem called on the button.

Fisher put out another 100,000 on a 8♠K♥4♦ flop, which was enough to shake off Muallem, who folded, leaving himself with less than ten big blinds.

It folded to David Peters in the small blind, who limped in. Darren Rabinowitz then raised to 85,000 in the big blind, which Peters upped to 185,000. Rabinowitz called after some thought, after which the K♥10♣3♥ flop and 6♣ turn were checked by the duo.

Peters bet 135,000 on the Q♥ river, getting a quick fold for his effort to take the pot. Phil Hellmuth was also at this table, playing a massive stack of around 90 big blinds.

Soverel needed some assistance from the dealer, and he found it in the form of a flush on the 8♠4♦3♠10♠10♣ runout to stay alive in the tournament.
