Wendy Freedman Sticking Around

Level 17 : 5,000/10,000, 0 ante

Omaha Hi-Lo 8 or Better:

Ron Ware raised, and Wendy Freedman called.

The flop was {10-Spades}{8-Clubs}{q-Hearts}, and Ware check-called a bet from Freedman. The turn was the {9-Clubs}, and Ware check-called another bet, leaving herself just 8,000 (less than one big bet) behind. The river was the {8-Spades}, and both players checked.

"Ace-King high," announced Ware, but Freedman showed {3-Hearts}{3-Spades}{a-Diamonds}{5-Spades} to win with a pair of threes.

Freedman Can't Call Seventh Street

Level 17 : 5,000/10,000, 0 ante

Seven Card Stud:

Wendy Freedman had the bring-in with the {7-Clubs}, and she was the only player to call after Sachin Bhargava's complete with the {Q-Spades}. Bhargava continued with bets on both fourth and fifth streets before checking on sixth. Freedman called twice and then checked back.

Bhargava then pulled out another bet on the last street, and Freedman folded, conceding a chunky pot to Bhargava.

Freedman: {X-}{X-} / {7-Clubs}{10-Clubs}{5-Hearts}{J-Spades} / {X-}
Bhargava: {X-}{X-} / {Q-Spades}{A-Hearts}{K-Diamonds}{10-Hearts} / {X-}

Level 16 : 4,000/8,000, 0 ante

Chip Jett: {k-Spades}{k-Clubs}{6-Clubs}{5-Hearts}
Ron Elkins: {q-Diamonds}{q-Clubs}{6-Hearts}{2-Hearts}

Dustin Sitar Eliminated by Ryan Himes

Level 16 : 4,000/8,000, 0 ante

2-7 Triple Draw:

Four players were acting on their hands after the first draw, with Dustin Sitar all in. Sitar drew two, Andrew Barber stood pat, Fabrice Soulier drew two, and Ryan Himes drew just one.

Barber bet, Soulier folded, and Himes called. Sitar again drew two, and Barber stood pat. Himes drew one.

Barber checked this time, Himes bet, and Barber called.

"Eight-six perfect," said Himes, showing exactly that: {8-}{6-}{4-}{3-}{2-}. Barber mucked but had to turn over {9-}{8-}{5-}{4-}{3-}.

Meanwhile, Sitar, whose all in was only for a couple of thousand, showed {3-}{3-}{k-}{7-}{6-} and was eliminated.
