Lenaghan and Joseph Chop

Level 17 : 4,000/8,000, 0 ante

Joshua Mammon limped the hijack, and Ryan Lenaghan called on the button. Kate Hoang completed from the small blind, and Jeremy Joseph checked his option in the big.

The flop fell {4-Clubs}{8-Spades}{9-Clubs}, and the action was checked to Lenaghan, who bet 21,000. Hoang called, as did Joseph, and Mammon mucked. The {10-Clubs} on the turn was checked through before the {3-Diamonds} completed the board on the river. Hoang and Joseph checked to Lenaghan, and he bet out 63,000. Hoang folded, but Joseph called.

Lenaghan tabled his {A-Clubs}{9-Hearts}{9-Spades}{2-Hearts} for second set and the nut low, while Joseph tabled his {K-Clubs}{6-Spades}{4-Spades}{2-Clubs} for a king-high flush to split the pot.

Scott Clements

After a limp, Gregory Wry potted to 36,000, and Scott Clements called. Wry already had more than half his stack in preflop and committed the rest on the {A-Diamonds}{5-Clubs}{3-Hearts} flop. Clements practically beat him into the pot with a call.

Wry: {A-Hearts}{A-Clubs}{10-Clubs}{8-Hearts}
Clements: {6-Clubs}{5-Hearts}{4-Spades}{2-Spades}

Clements' wheel remained best after the {9-Clubs} turn and {8-Spades} river, ending Wry's run in 40th place.
