Sensoli Doubles a Short Stack

Level 4 : 200/400, 0 ante

Chirs Sensoli was in the big blind, three-betting to 3,550 over a raise 1,050 from a player in an early position. The original raiser called, leaving himself with just 3,700.

Sensoli checked on the {4-Hearts}{8-Clubs}{9-Clubs} flop to let his opponent shove. Sensoli put him at risk, calling.

Opponent: {K-Spades}{J-Spades}{J-Clubs}{4-Clubs}
Chris Sensoli: {K-Hearts}{K-Diamonds}{J-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds}

The turn {9-Hearts} stayed with Sensoli, but the river {10-Clubs} saved his opponent's spot in the tournament. While Sensoli lost this hand, he's still guarding about 50,000.

Scott Bohlman Elimantes James Akenhead

Level 4 : 200/400, 0 ante

Three players were in contention on the {9-Hearts}{5-Clubs}{4-Diamonds} flop with around 20,000 already in the pot.

Scott Bohlman was first to act and he bet small, making it only 3,000. Ismael Bojang thought for a moment and then called, but next to act was James Akenhead, who moved all in for 8,300 total.

Bohlman paused for about 30 seconds, and then reshoved. Bojang released his hand immediately.

James Akenhead: {A-Diamonds}{K-Hearts}{K-Spades}{5-Spades}
Scott Bohlman: {7-Hearts}{7-Spades}{6-Spades}{5-Hearts}

Akenhead held the best hand at the moment, but Bohlman had a plethora of outs. The turn {Q-Hearts} extended Bohlman's options to scoop the pot, giving him a flush draw. The {J-Hearts} river then completed Bohlman's runner-runner flush, forcing Akenhead out of his chair.

Brandon Shack-Harris had bombed the river for 15,000 and action was on Russian player Ivan Naumov.

Naumov was deep in the tank with 17,500 chips behind. Tough decision or not, another player decided he’d had enough time to make up his mind and clock was called. Naumov was given 30 seconds and, before the time hit zero, his cards hit the muck.

Yevgeniy Timoshenko open-raised from the second position, evoking a three-bet from a player in a middle position. Timoshenko called the 4,800-bet.

The heads-up pot continued to the {K-Spades}{K-Hearts}{J-Hearts} flop, but both players ceased fire.

The {3-Spades} turn went check-check as well.

Timoshenko, however, led out 4,400 on the {9-Spades} river, earning a fold from his opponent.
