Five-Way Pot Goes to Dewitt

Level 14 : 2,000/4,000, 0 ante

Ian O'Hara was under the gun and raised to 9,500. Ben Lamb called from the cutoff, Jason Dewitt called on the button, and both blinds defended.

The flop was {a-Spades}{a-Clubs}{3-Hearts}, and O'Hara bet 16,000. Dewitt called, and all other players folded. The turn was the {q-Spades}, and both players checked. The river was the {3-Spades}, and both players checked again.

Dewitt tabled {a-Hearts}{6-Hearts}{5-Spades}{4-Spades} for a flush, and O'Hara's hand made its way to the muck.

Casey Carroll Eliminated by Miltiadis Kyriakides

Level 14 : 2,000/4,000, 0 ante
Casey Carroll earlier this summer
Casey Carroll earlier this summer

With 26,000 chips already in the middle on a flop of {A-Spades}{Q-Diamonds}{9-Clubs}, Miltiadis Kyriakides checked to Casey Carroll, who bet 26,000 from the button. After a few moments of thought, Kyriakides check-raised to put Carroll to a decision for the remainder of his stack, and he called to put himself at risk.

Carroll: {Q-Spades}{J-Spades}{10-Spades}{8-Hearts}
Kyriakides: {A-Diamonds}{K-Hearts}{K-Clubs}{8-Clubs}

Kyriakides had the lead with his aces, but Carroll had a fistful of wrap outs. The {3-Diamonds} on the turn wasn't one of them, and neither was the {6-Hearts} river, so Kyriakides took the pot to send Carroll to the rail.

Scott Clements vs. Jeffery Foster

Level 14 : 2,000/4,000, 0 ante

With a substantial pot of about 85,000 already brewing and the board reading {10-Spades}{4-Spades}{2-Diamonds}{J-Clubs}, Scott Clements checked from the small blind to his lone opponent, Jeffery Foster in the big blind. Foster checked behind.

The river brought the {2-Spades}, and Clements bet 25,000. Foster called, and Clements tabled {Q-Clubs}{6-Spades}{5-Clubs}{4-Hearts}. Foster flipped over {A-Spades}{A-Clubs}{9-Spades}{2-Clubs} for the nut flush to win the pot.

Triple-Up For Egerer

Level 14 : 2,000/4,000, 0 ante

Jerry Atkins was in middle position and raised to 11,000. Jonas Entin called from the hijack, and James Egerer moved all in for 14,000 on his big blind. Atkins and Entin called.

The flop was {10-Clubs}{9-Clubs}{4-Hearts}, and Atkins potted for 44,000. Entin thought for a moment and elected to fold.

James Egerer {a-Spades}{a-Diamonds}{k-Hearts}{q-Clubs}
Jerry Atkins {j-Diamonds}{10-Hearts}{8-Spades}{7-Clubs}

Egerer was ahead but had to fade a lot of outs, and he did just that when the {j-Hearts} fell on the turn, giving him a king-high straight. The {9-Spades} hit the river, but wasn't enough to improve Atkin's hand, sending the triple-up over to Egerer.

Jonathan Zarin Stacked By Eoghan O'Dea

Level 14 : 2,000/4,000, 0 ante

With about 15,000 chips already in the middle on a flop of {Q-Spades}{9-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds}, Jonathan Zarin checked from the small blind, and Eoghan O'Dea bet 10,500 from the button. Zarin check-raised to 45,000, and after a few moments of contemplation, O'Dea came over the top. Zarin called to put himeslf at risk.

Zarin: {K-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds}{10-Hearts}{7-Clubs}
O'Dea: {A-Diamonds}{J-Hearts}{9-Hearts}{8-Diamonds}

Zarin had a slight lead with his pair of tens, but O'Dea held the nut flush draw, a pair, and a gutshot. The {4-Clubs} on the turn didn't improve O'Dea, but the {9-Spades} river gave him trip nines to win the pot and eliminate Zarin.

A Little Double for Sean Remz Through Juha Helppi

Level 14 : 2,000/4,000, 0 ante

Sean Remz raised to 14,000 from the button, leaving himself just 3,500 chips behind, and Juha Helppi called from the big blind.

The flop came {A-Clubs}{9-Clubs}{6-Spades}, and the rest of the chips quickly went into the middle.

Remz: {A-}{9-}{9-}{5-}
Helppi: {K-Clubs}{K-}{5-Clubs}{X-}

Remz had he lead with his set of nines, and he was up against Helppi's kings and nut flush draw. The board filled out with the {A-Spades} and the {2-Hearts} to give Remz a full house and a double-up.
