Chris Dowling moved all in preflop from the hijack for roughly 2,475. Phil Laak was in the big blind and, after some deliberation, called.

Laak: {a-Spades}{8-Diamonds}
Dowling: {10-Hearts}{9-Hearts}

The board ran out in Dowling's favor with the {8-Spades}{6-Diamonds}{q-Hearts}{2-Spades}{7-Hearts} and Dowling made the straight to keep him alive against a very tough pro in Laak.

Jonathan Dwek Outlasted His Dad

Level 4 : 100/200, 25 ante

Jonathan Dwek is in the field today. He said that his dad joined as well, but busted during Level 1. Dwek asked if there was anyone interesting or unique in the tournament and then nominated himself.

He couldn't think of what exactly made him an interesting story, but has two WSOP cashes for $10,514 dollars so far on his poker resume. He has around $150,000 in non-WSOP tournament winnings and has a little more than starting stack here in Level 4.

Dwek is seated with fellow Canadian Xuan Liu and two-time WSOP bracelet winner Dan Heimiller.
