Kim McClymont Rivers a Higher Set vs. Deborah Worley-Roberts to Stay Alive

Level 7 : 250/500, 75 ante

Kim McClymont filled us in on the preflop action in her recent double-up. Deborah Worley-Roberts raised to 1,200 in middle position and McClymont went all in for 4,900 in the small blind. The big blind folded and Worley-Roberts called to put McClymont at risk.

Worley-Roberts was behind with pocket sixes against McClymont's pocket nines, but she flopped a set on the {K-Hearts}{6-Clubs}{3-Spades} flop. The {Q-Hearts} turn changed nothing, but the {9-Hearts} came on the river to give McClymont a higher set. McClymont shouted with joy and surprise as she was standing to make her exit, and sat back down to collect the double-up.

Elizabeth Montizanti Gets the Right Caller

Level 6 : 200/400, 50 ante

A player under the gun raised to 800 and a player in middle position called. Elizabeth Montizanti then moved all in for 3,850 from the next position. It folded back to the initial raiser and she re-shoved. The next player then shrugged her shoulders and folded {10-Spades}{10-Clubs} face up.

Montizanti: {A-Clubs}{10-Hearts}
Under the gun: {8-Spades}{8-Clubs}

The flop came {A-Diamonds}{K-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds}. Montizanti found an ace and the case ten to make aces up. The {7-Spades} turn and the {Q-Diamonds} river changed nothing. Montizanti got the right player to fold preflop and she more than doubled up.

Kitty Kuo

Kitty Kuo has disappeared from her table and tweeted that she has been eliminated. Between her and Kristen Bicknell, neither of them has made the money so the last-longer bet is now void and neither will be acting as the other's personal assistant.
