Anthony Zinno Takes Three-Quarters

Level 11 : 5,000/10,000, 0 ante
Anthony Zinno
Anthony Zinno

With the board reading {10-Hearts}{5-Diamonds}{4-Spades} and 62,500 in the pot, a player in early position checked, another player in middle position checked, and Anthony Zinno bet on the button. Both his opponents called and the turn was the {A-Spades}. It checked to Zinno again and he bet again. The next player called and the remaining player folded.

It was heads up to the {6-Diamonds} river and the first player checked. Zinno bet once more, his opponent called, and they showed down.

Zinno had {A-Clubs}{K-Hearts}{4-Hearts}{2-Hearts} for two pair and the ace-two low. His opponent showed {A-Hearts}{Q-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds}{2-Clubs} for the same low to take one-quarter of the pot.

Dustin Sitar versus Mike Matusow

Level 11 : 5,000/10,000, 0 ante

Mike Matusow raised from early position before Dustin Sitar reraised from the hijack. The action folded back to Matusow who called.

The flop came {4-Clubs}{k-Spades}{a-Clubs} and Matusow check-called a bet from Sitar.

The turn brought the {2-Spades} and once again Sitar bet and Matusow called after checking his option.

Both players then checked the {10-Clubs} on the river.

"Aces up!" said Matusow before Sitar tabled his {a-Diamonds}{3-Clubs}{10-Diamonds}{k-Diamonds} for two pairs — aces and tens.

Matusow stared at his cards before mucking his hand.

Esther Taylor Versus Andrey Zaichenko

Level 11 : 5,000/10,000, 0 ante
Esther Taylor
Esther Taylor

Heads up on a flop of {Q-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds}{3-Spades}, Andrey Zaichenko was under the gun and he bet. Esther Taylor raised in late position, Zaichenko reraised, and Taylor called.

On the {10-Clubs} turn, Zaichenko bet again and Taylor called. The river brought the {8-Clubs}. Zaichenko bet and Taylor called once more, prompting a showdown.

Zaichenko: {A-Diamonds}{K-Clubs}{4-Diamonds}{2-Clubs}
Taylor: {A-Hearts}{Q-Clubs}{4-Clubs}{2-Diamonds}

Taylor's two pairs — queens and eights with an ace kicker — were good and she took down the pot.

Fabrice Soulier Scoops One

Level 11 : 5,000/10,000, 0 ante
Fabrice Soulier
Fabrice Soulier

In a four-way limped pot, the flop was {K-Clubs}{8-Spades}{6-Hearts}. Randy Ohel checked in the big blind, Dustin Sitar checked in middle position, Kyle Bowker checked in middle position, and Fabrice Soulier bet in the cutoff. Ohel folded and Sitar and Bowker called.

The turn brought the {3-Spades} and it checked to Soulier. He bet again, Sitar called, and Bowker got out of the way. On the {J-Clubs} river, both players checked and they showed down.

Sitar: {A-Hearts}{5-Hearts}{4-Clubs}{3-Hearts}
Soulier: {A-Spades}{9-Hearts}{6-Clubs}{2-Diamonds}

"Scoop?" Soulier asked in surprise. Sure enough, Soulier's pair of sixes and the nut low was good for the scoop.

"Nice check buddy," commented tablemate Mike Matusow. "Play here every day?"

"I play too tight. I'm not going to sleep tonight," Soulier replied.
