We Need a Ruling!

Andy Black and Phil Laak have been locking verbal horns all day, most of it good-natured and jovial. However, in the last hand they played, the two began shouting at each other over the manner in which Laak bet the river, necessitating a visit from TD extraordinaire Steve Frezer.

With the board reading {Q-Spades}

, Black bet 3,000 on the river. Laak picked up some chips in each hand and moved them both to the center of the table to put out a raise, only he dribbled three yellow T1,000s out of his right hand before tossing the rest of the raise in.

Black felt it was a string bet and Frezer agreed, ruling Laak's move a call.
