Ace on the Flop Saves Cajelais

Erik Cajelais
Erik Cajelais

Action folded around to Etienne Syren in the hijack and he put in a raise to 3,600. Three folds put action on Erik Cajelais in the big blind, and he opted to move all in for 23,400. Syren snap-called and rolled over {K-Clubs}{K-Spades}, which was out in front of Cajelais' {A-Spades}{10-Hearts}.

The Canadian was way behind, but not after the {8-Spades}{A-Hearts}{Q-Spades} flop. Syren looked disgusted as Antonio Esfandiari light of the situation from across the table goodheartedly referencing how lucky Cajelais gets. It was hard to argue as the {8-Diamonds} turn and {7-Hearts} river gave Cajelais the come-from-behind double.
