Action folded around to Tristan Wade, who won a bracelet in the €3,200 No-Limit Hold'em Shootout event last year right here in Cannes, and he limped from the small blind. The player in the big opted to exercise his option with a raise to 150, Wade called, and the flop fell

Wade check-called a bet of 175, and then did the same for 325 on the 
turn. Both players then checked the

We paid a quick visit to the side room, which houses four of today's table, and saw Margaux Duplantier limp from the hijack. John Monnette, who is already doing better than yesterday when he busted in Level 1, then raised to 200 from the button. The blinds got out of the way, Duplantier called, and the the flop fell 
. The Frenchwoman checked and then snap-folded when Monnette bet another 200.
It was a small pot, but it gave us a good excuse to update you on both their chip counts.

Yuval Bronshtein raised to 150 under the gun and picked up callers on the button and big blind. The 
flop saw the big blind check, Bronshtein bet 300, and only the button make the call.
When the dealer burned and turned the 
, the button called a bet of 550 from Bronshtein before calling a bet of 500 on the river. Bronshtein rolled over
