Cazals Fires River Into Gulyy

Action folded to Aubin Cazals in the cutoff seat, and he raised to 250. On the button, Andrey Gulyy reraised to 675. Play folded back over to Cazals, and he made the call.

The flop came down paired with the dealer spreading the {10-Hearts}{8-Diamonds}{8-Spades}. Cazals checked, and Gulyy bet 525. Cazals made the call.

The turn was the {8-Hearts}, and Cazals checked again. Gulyy checked back to see the {10-Spades} land on the river. Cazals bet 3,000, and Gulyy folded his hand.

Kuether Gone

Joe Kuether was recently eliminated. Although his exact bustout hand is unknown, here is the hand that crippled him.

According to tablemate Dan O'Brien, Kuether was involved in a multi-way pot on a flop of {6-}{5-}{4-}. After a bet and a call, Kuether put in a raise. The original bettor reraised, the next player folded, and Kuether made the call.

On the {5-} turn that paired the board, both players checked to see a {3-} land on the river. Kuether was faced with a bet of 3,000 from his opponent and made the call. The player showed pocket sixes for a full house and Kuether mucked. Shortly thereafter, Kuether was eliminated.

Win a Trip to Manchester United vs Braga Thanks to PartyPoker

Level 1 : 25/50, 0 ante

PartyPoker have launched a fantastic promotion that will see someone — hopefully you — walk away with two tickets to the Manchester United versus Braga UEFA Champions League match on October 23, 2012, plus expenses thrown in for good measure!

The lucky winner of this promotion will receive two tickets to the match, travel expenses and Legendary Treble Suite hospitality.

In order to have a chance at getting your hands on this fantastic prize, all you have to do is share a screenshot of a poker hand on the PokerNews Facebook Page. Really, it's that simple.

Play poker at a real-money table on PartyPoker during September 24 and October 7, 2012, and be prepared to take a screenshot of anything you think may be interesting. If you are involved in a hand that is a huge cooler, then take a screenshot of it. Have you just witnessed a horrible bad beat? Then share it with the world. The owner of the screenshot with the most likes will win the package.

All we ask is that the screen shot be at least 800x600 in resolution and that it has all of the core elements — username and hand number — recognizable, that the action the screenshot is portraying takes place between September 24 and October 7 and that the screenshot is genuine and has not been altered regarding its content. Only the player who played the hand in the screenshot is allowed to share the picture and therefore eligible for the prize.

PokerNews would like to wish you all the very best of luck and we cannot wait to see the images that you submit!

Slow Goings

Level 1 : 25/50, 0 ante

The player here in the first level has been extremely slow, but that was expected. With each player getting 9,000 chips to start and the blinds at 25/50, everyone is deep. This is a tournament, though, and things will be changing very soon when the blinds are raised.

Right now, two players have been eliminated from the field in unknown action.

Numbers Down

Level 1 : 25/50, 0 ante

Looking up at the tournament clock, the number of registered players reads 127. That's less than half of the amount that played last year and a far cry from when we said this event would see the 2012 World Series of Poker Europe event field rise. Late registration will remain open for a bit and we'll see just how big this field gets, so stay tuned.
