Aguiar Having Trouble

Brandon Cantu opened to 12,000 only to have Jonathan Aguiar three-bet to 33,000. Cantu called and the flop fell {8-Diamonds}{4-Clubs}{2-Hearts}. Aguiar c-bet for 37,000 and Cantu wasted no time making it 90,000 total. Aguiar released and Cantu took the pot.

Set For Cantu; Extends Lead

Brandon Cantu raised to 12,000 from the button and Jonathan Aguiar called. The two saw a flop of {J-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds}{9-Clubs} and Aguiar check-called 15,000. The {7-Spades} turned and Aguiar check-called once again, this time for 36,000.

The river was the {5-Spades} and Aguiar checked a third time and Cantu moved out 130,000. Aguiar called.

"Set," said Cantu, showing {3-Hearts}{3-Clubs}.

Aguiar mucked and Cantu took it down.

Aguiar Wins a Bit Back

They both checkd the {8-Hearts}{7-Clubs}{Q-Clubs} flop and the {5-Spades} turned. Aguiar fired 14,500 and Cantu called. The {k-Spades} fell on fifth and Aguiar checked. Cantu bet 38,000 and Aguiar quickly called. He showed {Q-Hearts}{J-Clubs} for a pair of queens and took the pot.

Cantu Takes One

Brandon Cantu had the button. He opened to 10,000 and Jonathan Aguiar called.

The two saw a {j-Hearts}{A-Spades}{4-Clubs} flop and Aguiar check-called a 13,000 bet. The {A-Hearts} paired the board on the turn and Aguiar checked for a second time. Cantu bet 38,000 and Aguiar called. The {10-Hearts} rivered and Aguiar checked again. Cantu moved 125,000 into the middle and Aguiar thought for about a minute before letting go.
