Hand #71: Oleksandr Shcherbak opened to 200,00 on the button with {a-Hearts}{8-Clubs} and Viliyan Petleshkov called from the big blind with {a-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds}. The flop came {a-Spades}{k-Spades}{2-Clubs} and Petleshkov check-called a bet of 150,000 from Shcherbak. The turn was the {4-Clubs} and Petleshkov checked again. Shcherbak fired another 400,000 and Petleshkov called again. The {9-Diamonds} completed the board and Petleshkov checked for the third time. Shcherbak bet 1,000,000 and Petleshkov called to chop the pot.

Hand #72: Petleshkov limped in on the button with {7-Spades}{4-Clubs} and Shcherbak checked his option with {7-Hearts}{4-Diamonds}. The flop fell {8-Diamonds}{6-Clubs}{3-Diamonds} and Shcherbak led out for 100,000 which Petleshkov called. The {9-Hearts} landed on the turn and Shcherbak fired another 250,000. Petleshkov stuck around to see the {j-Clubs} on the river and Shcherbak checked this time. Petleshkov fired a bet of 850,000 and Shcherbak folded the same hand.

Hand #73: Petleshkov raised to 250,000 with {k-Hearts}{4-Hearts} and Shcherbak three-bet to 700,000 with {4-Clubs}{2-Clubs}. Petleshkov mucked his hand and Shcherbak picked up the pot.

Hand #74: Shcherbak opened to 200,000 with {k-Hearts}{4-Spades} and Petleshkov called with {q-Spades}{2-Hearts}. The flop came {q-Clubs}{j-Clubs}{6-Clubs} and Petleshkov checked. Shcherbak continued for 150,000 and Petleshkov called. The turn was the {k-Diamonds} and Petleshkov checked again. Shcherbak fired a bet of 400,000 and Petleshkov called. The river was the {10-Hearts} and both players checked to send Shcherbak the pot.

Hand #75: Petleshkov folded the button and Shcherbak won another pot.

Hand #68: Petleshkov raised to 250,000 with {8-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds} and Shcherbak called with {4-Hearts}{3-Diamonds}. The flop came {k-Clubs}{j-Clubs}{5-Hearts} on which they both checked. The dealer turned the {4-Clubs}, Shcherbak check-folded
to the bet of 200,000 by Petleshkov.

Hand #69: Shcherbak raised to 200,000 with {a-Hearts}{10-Hearts}, Petleshkov re-raised to 650,000 with {a-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds}. Shcherbak shoved all in for 7,010,000 and Petleshkov tank-folded.

Hand #70: Petleshkov completed from the button with {k-Diamonds}{3-Hearts}, Shcherbak raised to 400,000 with {k-Clubs}{8-Clubs}. Petleshkov folded.

The flop came {7-Spades}{7-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds} and Fernandez was still in the lead. The turn brought the {k-Clubs} and Shcherbak took the lead by pairing his king. The river landed the {10-Hearts} and Fernandez was eliminated in third place.

That leaves Viliyan Petleshkov and Oleksandr Shcherbak heads-up for the first 2017 WSOP Europe gold bracelet.

Shcherbak checked for the third time and Fernandez reached back for a bet of 1,160,000. Shcherbak announced all-in and Fernandez quickly mucked his cards.

The turn brought the {3-Diamonds} and Petleshkov checked again. Shcherbak fired another 300,000 and Petleshkov just called with his trip threes. The {8-Spades} landed on the river and Petleshkov checked for the third time. Shcherbak announced all-in and Petleshkov snapped him off for a little over 900,000 to double through Shcherbak.

Hand #46: Carlo Savinelli raised to 160,000 from the under-the-gun position with {a-Hearts}{5-Hearts}. Unfortunately, further action was not broadcasted due to technical problems with the stream.

Hand #47: After playing a relatively short stack all day and having doubled up a few times, now Walter Treccarichi moved all-in with {2-Hearts}{2-Clubs} from the button with his remaining 920,000 and was called by Shcherbak in the small blind who had him covered.

The board ran out {4-Spades}{6-Clubs}{J-Hearts}{8-Spades}{Q-Diamonds} - the queen on the river made sure the pot was awarded to Shcherbak and Treccarichi was out of the running.
