Bednar Moves All-In

Level 19 : 5,000/10,000, 1,000 ante

Jan Bednar opened to 24,000 from under the gun and Iurie Cudrinschi three-bet to 90,000 from the big blind. Bednar called and the flop came {10-Spades}{9-Clubs}{3-Hearts}.

Cudrinschi took his time before betting 75,000 only to have Bednar move all-in for 530,000. Cudrinschi quickly folded and Bednar scooped the pot to pull within reach of Cudrinschi.

Level 19 : 5,000/10,000, 1,000 ante
Petr Setka

On a flop of {A-Spades}{8-Spades}{6-Diamonds}, Ognjen Sekularac and Petr Setka clashed and the latter called the shove of Sekularac to put himself at risk for 228,000.

Petr Setka: {6-Spades}{6-Hearts}
Ognjen Sekularac: {A-Hearts}{8-Hearts}

The {10-Diamonds} turn and {3-Clubs} river were both blanks and Setka scored a vital double.

Over on table 16, Jan Bednar won two pots in a row to build his stack. First he defended his small blind against a raise to 23,000 by Andrej Desset and they checked the {K-Clubs}{K-Hearts}{6-Hearts} flop. On the {9-Diamonds} turn, Bednar bet 37,0000 and Desset called before a bet of 90,000 on the {J-Diamonds} river did the trick for Bednar to force a fold.

In the next hand, Iurie Cudrinschi raised to 27,000 and Bednar flat-called on the button. The flop came {A-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds}{5-Clubs} and Cudrinschi continued for 37,000, which Bednar called. After the {10-Spades} turn, Cudrinschi made it 92,000 to go and Bednar took some time before announcing all in. That was enough to win the pot uncontested.

Shulga Rivers a Straight

Level 19 : 5,000/10,000, 1,000 ante

Vincent Moscati raised to 20,000 on the button and was called by Theodore McQuilkin in the small blind and Maksym Shulga in the big blind. The flop fell {q-Hearts}{8-Diamonds}{3-Spades} and the action was checked to Moscati who continued for 17,000. McQuilkin folded and Shulga made the call.

The turn was the {3-Clubs} and both players checked to the {10-Hearts} on the river. Shulga led out for 32,000 and Moscati quickly called. Shulga tabled {j-Hearts}{9-Clubs} for a straight and Moscati tossed his cards to the muck.

Two for Lyubovetskiy

Level 19 : 5,000/10,000, 1,000 ante

Fresh off winning a pot with {K-Clubs}{8-Hearts} for top pair, Andriy Lyubovetskiy called a raise by Thorsten Schuler in the cutoff for 23,000 and Petr Setka called in the big blind. On the {J-Hearts}{9-Hearts}{6-Spades} flop, Setka checked and Schuler bet 32,000, which only Lyubovetskiy called. After the {10-Diamonds} turn, Schuler slowed down and checked, then folded when facing a bet of 65,000.

Over on table 15, Maksym Shulga opened to 22,000 and Theodore McQuilkin defended his big blind. The Frenchman bet the {Q-Spades}{J-Hearts}{9-Hearts} flop for 19,000 and Shulga raised small to just 42,000. McQuilkin folded and was shown {Q-Hearts}{8-Hearts} by Shulga.

Dumea Can't Connect

Level 19 : 5,000/10,000, 1,000 ante
Razvan-Andrei Dumea
Razvan-Andrei Dumea

Razvan-Andrei Dumea shipped all-in for 102,000 from the cutoff and Maksym Shulga moved all-in over the top from the small blind. The big blind folded and the two hands were tabled.

Maksym Shulga: {k-Spades}{k-Diamonds}
Razvan-Andrei Dumea: {k-Clubs}{q-Diamonds}

The flop came {a-Hearts}{10-Spades}{7-Clubs} giving Dumea a straight draw but the {10-Diamonds} on the turn and the {6-Clubs} on the river were no help to Dumea, and he was eliminated.

Desset Takes from Cudrinschi

Level 19 : 5,000/10,000, 1,000 ante

Andrej Desset limped in from the small blind and Iurie Cudrinschi raised to 40,000, which Desset called after some consideration. On the {A-Spades}{J-Spades}{6-Spades} flop, Desset checked and called a bet of 43,000 before both players checked down the {2-Diamonds} turn and {A-Diamonds} river.

Desset turned over {K-Diamonds}{J-Diamonds} and that was good enough to win the pot.

Sekularac and Adomkevicius Trade Pots; Odeen Takes from McQuilkin

Level 19 : 5,000/10,000, 1,000 ante

On a board reading {10-Diamonds}{4-Spades}{2-Diamonds}{J-Clubs}, Aneris Adomkevicius checked and called a bet of 52,000 by Ognjen Sekularac before checking again the {K-Clubs} on the river. Sekularac bet 118,000 and that won the pot.

One hand later, Sekularac raised to 20,000 and Adomkevicius in the small blind three-bet to 75,000. Sekularac asked for the stack size of his opponent and called before the flop fell {K-Spades}{9-Hearts}{2-Hearts}. Both players checked and Adomkevicius bet the {J-Hearts} turn to force a fold.

In another recent hand, Jerry Odeen raised and Theodore McQuilkin defended his big blind. Both players checked the {J-Diamonds}{9-Hearts}{4-Diamonds} flop before McQuilkin check-raised the {6-Spades} turn from 25,000 to 53,000. Odeen called and faced a bet of 86,000 on the {K-Diamonds} river. Odeen carefully counted his stack and called eventually, which saw McQuilkin muck his cards to forfeit the pot.
