Kabrhel Puts the Hippo at Risk

Level 18 : 3,000/6,000, 1,000 ante

After arriving at the table with over 100,000 in the pot already, the board read {a-Diamonds}{q-Spades}{3-Diamonds}{2-Clubs}{9-Clubs} and the action was on Andras Matrai in the hijack. He was heads-up with Martin Kabrhel in the cutoff and made a bet of 72,000. Kabrhel, seated directly to Matrai's left, swung his head to the right to stare at his opponent.

Matrai gave nothing up as he sat still like a statue. Kabrhel re-counted his chips and pushed them all into the middle for a total of 217,000. Even his chip protector, the lucky hippo, was in the middle and Matrai quickly folded as Kabrhel scooped the chips back to his stack.
