Maliqi Wins One

Level 3 : 100/200, 200 ante

Eyal Bensimhon raised to 600 from the hijack and was called by Bleron Maliqi and Martin Horvath in the blinds.

They all checked through the {8-Clubs}{j-Hearts}{q-Hearts} on the flop to the {7-Spades} on the turn. Maliqi checked, Horvath bet 900 and both Bensimhon and Maliqi called.

"Action river please!" Bensimhon said to the dealer before he dealt the {8-Diamonds} for all players to check again. Maliqi tabled {k-Diamonds}{8-Hearts} for trip eights for the rest to muck their hands.

Barros over Haegen

Level 2 : 100/200, 0 ante

Christian Haegen called in the early position, so did Michael Braeutigam in the hijack and Michal Lubas in the cutoff. Adel Kabbani completed his small blind and Ricardo Barros opted to check the big blind.

They all checked through the {10-Diamonds}{3-Clubs}{a-Spades} on the flop to the {4-Diamonds} on the turn. Kabbani bet 400, Barros called, Haegen raised to 2,600 and everyone but Lubas called.

The river completed the board with the {10-Clubs}, both Kabbani and Barros checked. Haegen threw in a 1,000-chip and Braeutigam folded after considering it for a few seconds. Kabbani did the same but Barros raised to 4,000. Haegen quickly called but mucked when Barros tabled {q-Diamonds}{10-Hearts} for the rivered trip tens.

The Top for Hill

Level 1 : 100/100, 0 ante

The board read {10-Diamonds}{5-Clubs}{a-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds}{8-Hearts} and Maurizio Cola was seen leaving the table. Dalibor Hill was stacking up chips and had {a-Hearts}{a-Clubs} in front of him for the full house. Cola held {k-Diamonds}{j-Diamonds} for the turned flush but that wasn't enough to stick around for now. As Hill scored one of the first eliminations of the day, he's at the top of the chip counts for now.

Garcia Folds

Level 1 : 100/100, 0 ante

The 2015 COLOSSUS champion during the WSOP in Vegas, Cord Garcia, has entered the field but just lost some chips.

Mirko Mann raised to 300 from under the gun and Garcia three-bet to 900 on the button. Florin Ghimpu and Angel Kyulehanov called from the blinds and so did Mann.

The flop came {6-Hearts}{4-Spades}{2-Diamonds} and everyone checked except Garcia who continued with a bet of 2,000 which was only called by Ghimpu and Kyulehanov.

They all checked through the {9-Spades} on the turn to the {3-Diamonds} on the river. Ghimpu checked, Kyulehanov bet 2,500 and Garcia gave up. Ghimpu called but mucked his hand when he saw Kyulehanov turn over {5-Hearts}{5-Spades} for the rivered straight.
