Sekularac Doubles; Jachtmann Doesn't

Level 13 : 2,000/4,000, 4,000 ante

Ognjen Sekularac got his stack of 161,000 in preflop with the {A-Clubs}{K-Clubs} and had a flip against the {Q-Spades}{Q-Clubs} of Adem Marjanovic. The board came {A-Spades}{K-Hearts}{7-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds}{4-Hearts} and Sekularac found both the king and ace on the flop to remain in contention.

One table over, Jan-Peter Jachtmann was all in and awaiting his fate. Timothy Adams and Chris Ferguson checked down the board of {Q-Hearts}{9-Hearts}{9-Diamonds}{A-Hearts}{5-Spades} and Jachtmann flashed {6-Spades}{6-Hearts}, which ended up third-best to the {8-Spades}{8-Clubs} of Ferguson and the {K-Clubs}{Q-Clubs} of Adams.

In the meanwhile, Bjorn Wiesler has also been eliminated.

Badziakouski Stays Alive

Level 13 : 2,000/4,000, 4,000 ante

Viktor Blom opened from early position and was called by Mikita Badziakouski in the small blind along with the big blind. The flop came {j-Spades}{9-Hearts}{4-Hearts} and the action checked to Blom who continued for 16,000. Badziakouski moved all in for 51,500 which got the big blind out of the way and Blom called.

Badziakouski turned over {10-Spades}{8-Spades} for an open-ended straight draw while Blom had the best hand and blockers with {q-Spades}{j-Diamonds}. The turn brought the {k-Spades} to give Badziakouski a flush draw as well. The {7-Clubs} on the river completed the straight for Badziakouski as he scored a double up to stay alive.

Netaliev Barrels it Off Against Bujtas

Level 13 : 2,000/4,000, 4,000 ante
Oleg Netaliev
Oleg Netaliev

Laszlo Bujtas opened with a raise to 9,000 and Jason Wheeler called one seat over. Oleg Netaliev was next to act and three-bet to 36,000. Bujtas called, as did Wheeler, to create a pot of over 100,000 already before the flop was dealt.

The {A-Hearts}{8-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds} flop got checked to Netaliev, who continued for 45,000. Bujtas stuck around while Wheeler gave it up.

On the {A-Diamonds} turn, Netaliev pondered for over a minute before coming up with a bet of 95,000. Bujtas once again called the bet.

The {J-Hearts} river completed the board and Bujtas checked a third time. Netaliev thought briefly before moving in for 208,000 total. Bujtas double-checked his hole cards to be sure, then put his stack in with a loud thump.

Oleg Netaliev: {K-Hearts}{9-Hearts}
Laszlo Bujtas: {A-Clubs}{J-Clubs}

Netaliev had nothing to show for except a daring attempt with king-high, but had run into Butjas' stone-cold nuts to be left with mere dust.

After doubling his crumbs, Netaliev shoved once more for 20,500 from under the gun and got called by Andrei Boghean in the cutoff and Timo Kamphues on the button. Bujtas wanted to finish what he had begun and reshoved from the small blind to get the others out of the way. Netaliev held {8-Spades}{8-Hearts} but couldn't beat Bujtas' {9-Diamonds}{9-Clubs} and was eliminated.

Skopalik Takes a Big Hit

Level 13 : 2,000/4,000, 4,000 ante

Kristen Bicknell raised to 9,000 first to act and was called by Michel Dattani from one seat over. Robert Skopalik three-bet to 40,000 and Stoyan Obreshkov in the big blind called, Bicknell folded and Dattani made it three-ways to the {J-Diamonds}{9-Hearts}{7-Spades} flop. Obreshkov and Dattani checked, Skopalik bet 60,000 and that resulted in the fold of Obreshkov.

Dattani took short consideration before moving all in for 187,000 and Skopalik called.

Michel Dattani: {9-Spades}{9-Clubs}
Robert Skopalik: {Q-Spades}{Q-Hearts}

On the {K-Diamonds} turn, Skopalik picked up some outs with the gutshot, but the {J-Clubs} river further improved Dattani to a full house.

Kisacikoglu Shoves on Speranza

Level 13 : 2,000/4,000, 4,000 ante

Orpen Kisacikoglu raised it up from early position and Gianluca Speranza three-bet to 40,000 on his left. The action came back to Kisacikoglu who made the call.

The flop fell {k-Clubs}{j-Hearts}{4-Hearts} and Kisacikoglu slid in a stack of chips as he announced all in. Speranza was left with a decision for his remaining 155,000 chips and he went into the tank. After a couple of minutes, another player called the clock and Speranza had 30 seconds to make a decision. As his time was running out, Speranza laid his hand down and Kisacikoglu raked in the pot.

Kovarik and Wheeler Eliminated

Level 13 : 2,000/4,000, 4,000 ante
Karel Kovarik
Karel Kovarik

Just before the final hands of the night were announced, Karel Kovarik was all in with the {K-Clubs}{j-Clubs} on a flop of {K-Spades}{10-Hearts}{8-Clubs} for what appeared to be 80,000. Norbert Szecsi quickly called with {A-Spades}{A-Diamonds} and faded the backdoor clubs on a {4-Spades} turn and {5-Diamonds} river run out.

Once the last hands were confirmed, Jason Wheeler got his stack in on the very same table with pocket nines and Dario Sammartino snap-called in the small blind with the {Q-Spades}{Q-Clubs}. The board came {K-Diamonds}{K-Hearts}{4-Diamonds}{10-Clubs}{X-} and Wheeler departed just shy of bagging and tagging.

Level 13 : 2,000/4,000, 4,000 ante
Romain Lewis
Romain Lewis

In the penultimate hand of the night, Dario Sammartino sent Hans Thumann to the rail when he won a flip with {10-Hearts}{9-Diamonds} against {3-Diamonds}{3-Hearts} as he spiked a full house on the board {9-Spades}{7-Clubs}{7-Diamonds}{5-Hearts}{9-Clubs}.

One table over, Bulcsu Lukacs raised to 9,000 and Romain Lewis three-bet in the hijack to 30,000. Jakob Miegel shoved for around 190,000 in the cutoff and Lukacs moved all in, Lewis called for 160,000 total.

Romain Lewis: {K-Hearts}{K-Diamonds}
Jakob Miegel: {A-Diamonds}{K-Spades}
Bulcsu Lukacs: {Q-Clubs}{Q-Hearts}

The {Q-Spades}{5-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds} flop gave the Romanian top set, and the {8-Diamonds} turn and {4-Hearts} river sent two players to the rail in the last hand of the night.

Foxen Takes the Last Hand from Salter

Level 13 : 2,000/4,000, 4,000 ante
Jack Salter
Jack Salter

While most other tables were already bagging, Alex Foxen and Jack Salter played blind on blind in the final hand of the night. The two were joking around before the flop, where everything was still innocuous after Foxen limped in and Salter checked.

Game-faces were put on soon after the {2-Clubs}{4-Hearts}{7-Hearts} flop was spread. Foxen bet 4,000, Salter raised to 15,000, and Foxen called. Both players then checked the {9-Hearts} on the turn.

The river was the {5-Diamonds} and Foxen checked. Salter bet 24,000, Foxen check-raised to 93,500, Salter kept his gaze on Foxen for two more seconds before releasing with a chuckle.

Despite losing the ultimate hand, Salter finished the day above a milly and bagged one of the biggest stacks in the room.
