Sow Shows the Bluff

Level 13 : 1,000/2,500, 2,500 ante
Kalidou Sow
Kalidou Sow

Kalidou Sow opened to 6,000 from under the gun and was called by Frank Debus on the button. The two players saw a flop of {k-Hearts}{10-Spades}{2-Spades} and Sow led out for 8,000 which Debus called.

The turn brought the {8-Hearts} and Sow fired another 23,500. Debus still called and the {5-Clubs} completed the board. Sow shipped all in for around 80,000 and Debus went into the tank for over three minutes. He eventually knuckled the table and pushed his cards to the muck. Sow couldn't help but show the {j-Spades}{9-Spades} for a bluff as he was awarded the pot.

Peters Needs to Reenter

Level 12 : 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante
Tobias Peters
Tobias Peters

[Removed:393] raised to 5,500 from early position and was called by Anthony Zinno in the hijack, Tobias Peters on the button, and Riccardo Saita in the small blind. David Russo three-bet to 20,500 and both Rabalison and Zino quickly folded. Peters looked at Russo's stack and decided to make the call.

The flop came {7-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds} for Russo to shove. Peters looked at the shove and smiled.

"No reentry today right?" Peters remarked before putting his stack over the line for the call.

Tobias Peters: {Q-Hearts}{10-Hearts}
David Russo: {j-Diamonds}{j-Spades}

Peters had flopped a pair of tens, Russo held an overpair and the flush draw.

The rest of the board was completed with the {6-Hearts} on the turn and the {7-Hearts} on the river to keep Russo ahead and send Peters to bed to try again tomorrow.

Elharar Catching Fire

Level 12 : 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante

The action folded around to Rafi Elharar on the button who made it 4,500 to go. Florian Sarnow was in the big blind and three-bet to 17,000. Elharar announced all in and put Sarnow to the test for his stack of 75,000. Sarnow flicked in a chip to call and the cards were on their backs.

Rafi Elharar: {a-Clubs}{k-Diamonds}
Florian Sarnow: {a-Spades}{j-Diamonds}

The flop came {j-Clubs}{10-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds} and Sarnow grabbed the lead by spiking a jack. The {10-Hearts} on the turn was a safe card but the {k-Clubs} on the river helped Elharar reclaim the lead with a bigger two pair.

Lie's Kings Drown Noach

Level 12 : 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante

Roland Israelashvili opened to 5,400 from early position and Tal Noach shipped all in for 27,400 in the hijack. Aylar Lie was on the button and also pushed all in for around 48,000. Israelashvili gave it some thought but elected to fold.

Aylar Lie: {k-Hearts}{k-Clubs}
Tal Noach: {8-Spades}{8-Diamonds}

The flop came {j-Hearts}{3-Spades}{2-Clubs} and Lie was in a dominating position with her pocket kings. The {2-Hearts} on the turn and the {4-Diamonds} on the river changed nothing as Noach sent his chips to Lie.

Delahunty Isn't Good in Maths

Level 12 : 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante

The board read {2-Diamonds}{8-Hearts}{4-Clubs}{a-Clubs} and Viktor Kovachev had checked in the big blind. Ron Eldar did the same in mid-position. Darren Delahunty shoved and Kovachev asked for a count. The dealer confirmed Delahunty had 47,900 behind. Kovachev tanked, cut out calling chips, counted the remainder of his stack, and then decided to also shove. Eldar looked at his cards, hesitated for a bit and then announced the fold.

Delahunty flung his cards over the line aggressively and got up from his chair.

Darren Delahunty: {A-Diamonds}{K-Clubs}
Viktor Kovachev: {A-Spades}{Q-Clubs}

They had both turned a pair of aces but Delahunty was ahead with the king -kicker.

The river completed the board with the {9-Spades} for Delahunty to double up.

"Can someone tell me how many big blinds 47,000 is?!" Delahunty asked out loud while looking a bit angry.

"47,000 divided by 2,000..." Refael Dahan replied.

"Is it a real question, or are you joking?" Danny Covyn asked.

"I am bad at math, I asked him," Delahunty said to Dahan while pointing at Covyn, "but he refused to tell me".

"I'm sorry, I thought you were joking" Covyn apologized.

"No, I'm bad at maths, I needed to know," Delahunty said, while angrily stacking up his chips.

Eisner and Steger Get in a Raising War

Level 12 : 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante

Markus Steger opened to 4,200 from early position and Amnon Eisner three-bet to 11,700. The action folded back to Steger who tossed in some extra chips that was deemed to be a raise to 18,200. Eisner just called and they saw a flop of {k-Hearts}{j-Spades}{5-Hearts}.

Steger led out for 16,000 and Eisner quickly called as the {6-Hearts} landed on the turn. Steger checked this time and Eisner pushed in a bet of 37,800. Steger went into the tank for over three minutes before the clock was finally called. Steger elected to lay his hand down and Eisner's stack grew even more.
