Christian Rudolph raised to 105,000 in early position and Christoph Vogelsang called from the small blind. Steffen Sontheimer was in the big blind and pushed all in for 665,000. Rudolph called while Vogelsang let his hand go.

Sontheimer held the advantage with the superior pocket pair. The flop came {9-Clubs}{2-Spades}{2-Hearts} and Rudolph was still searching for a five. The turn was the {k-Clubs} and the river brought the {9-Spades} as Sontheimer got a full double up.

Bicknell Doubles Up; Eliminates Salter

Kristen Bicknell raised to 115,000 from the under-the-gun position and Sergio Aido called from the button. Big blind Jack Salter moved all in for 420,000 and Bicknell decided to flat. Aido moved all in himself as well, covering Bicknell. Bicknell called for her entire stack which was 1,875,000.

Addamo Running Hot

Jean-Noel Thorel raised to 90,000 from early position and Igor Kurganov shipped all in for 665,000 in the small blind. Michael Addamo was int he big blind and thought for a minute before making the call. Thorel stepped aside and the two hands were tabled.

Kurganov was well out front with his pocket queens but the flop of {7-Hearts}{4-Diamonds}{2-Clubs} turned the tide in favor of Adams. The {3-Spades} on the turn and the {4-Hearts} on the river sealed the deal for Adams as Kurganov was eliminated. Adams was able to recover most of the chips he previously lost in a pot with Rainer Kempe.

Chris Ferguson was seen getting up from his chair and his stack was pushed Manig Loeser's way.

The board read {2-Clubs}{9-Spades}{j-Clubs}{x-}{8-} and Loeser had {10-Spades}{7-Spades} in front of him for the straight. Ferguson had {j-}{9-} for the flopped two pair and that wasn't enough to survive his first bullet.

Choi Doubles Through Farrell

Niall Farrell just got all in against Stanley Choi. Farrell had Choi covered and the latter was at risk of elimination with {A-Clubs}{4-Spades} against the {A-Spades}{J-Spades} of Farrell.

The board ran out in Choi's favor looking {K-Hearts}{Q-Spades}{4-Hearts}{7-Clubs}{5-Diamonds} and Choi managed to double up through Farrell.
