The 2018 WSOP Main Event Champion, John Cynn, has joined the field. Cynn took down the Main Event a mere 3 months ago for $8,800,000 and has now joined the table of Joao Vieira, Dominik Nitsche, Adrian Mateos, James Chen, Timothy Adams, and Steffen Sontheimer.
Anatoly Filatov raised to 7,000 from the hijack and Markus Durnegger three-bet to 22,000 from the cutoff. Fabrizio Gonzalez called on the button, and so did Johannes Becker and Sergio Aido in the blinds.
The flop came 
, Becker and Aido checked, Filatov bet 33,000, Durnegger called but Gonzalez raised to 126,000. Becker and Aido quickly folded while chuckling between them. Filatov contemplated for a few seconds and then folded. Durnegger needed more time but ended up folding too.

. Shan Huang and Matthias Eibinger were heads-up in the pot with the action on Eibinger. He tossed in a bet of 25,000 from under the gun and Huang check-called from the small blind.

Johannes Becker raised from the button and Anatoly Filatov three-bet to 26,000 from the small blind. Markus Durnegger folded his big blind so action was back on Becker. Becker four-bet to 78,000 which Filatov called after considering it for a few seconds.
