Adams Wins Big One Against Farrell

The defending champion, Niall Farrell raised from under the gun and was called by Timothy Adams in the cutoff, and Manig Loeser and Martin Kabrhel in the blinds.

The flop came {4-Clubs}{q-Hearts}{j-Diamonds}, Loeser, Kabrhel, and Farrell all checked. Adams bet 11,000 and Loeser called, Kabrhel folded but Farrell raised to 60,000 which only Adams ended up calling.

The turn brought them the {8-Diamonds}, Farrell checked and Adams bet 120,000. Farrell considered his options and decided to call.

The river completed the board with the {3-Hearts}, Farrell checked for the last time and Adams fired a bet of 575,000 over the line. Farrell tanked for a while, then made the call but mucked when Adams tabled {4-Spades}{4-Hearts} for the flopped set of fours.

Filatov Runs a Bluff to No Avail

Level 3 : 2,000/4,000, 4,000 ante

Anatoly raised it up in the cutoff and Sylvain Loosli defended from the big blind. The flop fell {q-Diamonds}{j-Spades}{4-Spades} and Loosli check-called a small bet from Filatov.

The turn was the {9-Spades} and Loosli led out for 30,000. Filatov raised to 95,000 and Loosli called to see the {2-Hearts} on the river. Loosli checked and Filatov dropped in a bet of 200,000. Loosli instantly tossed in a single chip to call and Filatov tabled {a-Spades}{6-Diamonds}. Loosli turned over {q-Spades}{6-Spades} for a flush and raked in the pot.

John Cynn opened to 8,000 from the hijack and Joao Vieira three-bet to 30,000 on the button. The blinds folded and Cynn called to see the flop of {a-Spades}{9-Clubs}{6-Diamonds}. Cynn checked and Vieira continued for 30,000 which Cynn called.

The turn brought the {4-Spades} and both players checked to the {8-Hearts} on the river. Cynn checked again and Vieira quickly checked back. Cynn tabled {j-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds} for a pair of nines and Vieira mucked his cards.

Rough Start for Vogelsang

Christoph Vogelsang was in the small blind and was heads-up with Gal Yifrach in the big blind. The board read {k-Hearts}{10-Spades}{8-Spades}{k-Spades} and there was already 27,000 in the middle. Vogelsang checked to Yifrach who bet 17,000 and Vogelsang called.

The river brought the {7-Clubs} and Vogelsang checked again. Yifrach made a bet on the larger size of 52,000 and Vogelsang thought for a minute before letting go of his cards.
