Mar Forces a Fold from Volcovschi

Level 16 : 2,000/4,000, 4,000 ante

Diana Volcovschi started with a bet of 9,000 in early position and it was called by Norbert Mosonyi. Ondrej Mar three-bet to 32,000 on the button and only Volcovschi called.

The flop revealed {10-Spades}{7-Spades}{3-Spades} and Volcovschi check-called for 25,000. When the {6-Clubs} came on the turn, Volcovschi checked again and tanked a long time after Mar moved all in for 92,000. Volcovschi eventually folded.

Bensimhon Chipping Up on Arnold

Level 16 : 2,000/4,000, 4,000 ante

The flop read {q-Diamonds}{10-Hearts}{q-Hearts} with a pot containing already around 60,000 when Eyal Bensimhon checked from the small blind. Walter Arnold checked as well.

The {k-Spades} brought also no betting action and Bensimhon decided to bet 55,500 when the {8-Hearts} hit the river. After a long tank Arnold folded.

Devaux Finds a Double Up on Akok

Level 16 : 2,000/4,000, 4,000 ante

Ali Akok raised from the button to 14,000 and Christophe Devaux pushed all in for 56,000. Akok made the call after the blinds folded.

It was a typical flip situation, Akok holding {8-Hearts}{8-Spades} against {a-Spades}{k-Spades} for Devaux, who found a board {q-Diamonds}{a-Hearts}{4-Diamonds}{5-Clubs}{5-Spades} to double up with two pair.

Level 16 : 2,000/4,000, 4,000 ante

With plenty of chips in the middle already, Ion Tabacaru had checked the {j-Hearts}{9-Clubs}{3-Spades}{q-Spades}{7-Clubs} river and Vadzim Lipauka made it 65,000 to go.

Tabacaru engaged in table chat and eventually folded the {a-Spades}{j-Spades} face-up. Lipauka returned the favor and flashed the {q-Hearts}.
