Ilyaz Dosikov Eliminated in 5th Place (€27,701)

Level 26 : 30,000/60,000, 0 ante
Ilyaz Dosikov
Ilyaz Dosikov

Marc Palatzky raised in the hijack for 120,000 and it folded to Ilyaz Dosikov who defended his big blind.

The flop appeared {8-Spades}{2-Diamonds}{4-Hearts} and Dosikov checked. Palatzky continued for 90,000 and after some thoughts, Dosikov raised it to 545,000, putting Palatzky into a decision. After a few minutes, Palatzky decided to shove, putting Dosikov at risk. The latter snap-called and they revealed their cards:

Ilyaz Dosikov: {9-Diamonds}{8-Clubs}{7-Spades}{4-Spades}
Marc Palatzky: {a-Diamonds}{a-Hearts}{q-Clubs}{7-Hearts}

Dosikov held two pair but the turn {k-Clubs} and river {k-Spades} brought two pair with aces and kings to Palatazky who took down the pot to increase his lead and bust Dosikov in 5th place.

Tobias Peters opened the action with a min-raise to 160,000 being first to act and Tomas Ribeiro raised to 480,000 from the button. The blinds got out of the way, Peters shoved and Ribeiro called quickly.

Tobias Peters: {k-Diamonds}{q-Hearts}{j-Spades}{9-Diamonds}
Tomas Ribeiro: {a-Clubs}{k-Spades}{q-Diamonds}{9-Clubs}

Ribeiro had an advantage and the flop pretty much sealed the hand for him with {a-Hearts}{4-Hearts}{4-Clubs}.

The {7-Spades} on the turn left Peters drawing dead and the {6-Spades} on the river was just a formality, with Peters being already in the rail.
